  • If you are an owner of a family business or share ownership of assets with members of the family;

  • If you lead a family business or work in one;

  • If your husband, brother, sister, father, mother and/ or daughter and son are connected to the family by a business or financial asset as well as by birth, marriage and emotional connections;

  • If you are concerned about how the family effects the business or how the business impacts the family;

  • Then you are a part of the complex system we refer to as family business.

    In this year’s program, we will:

  • Share the latest knowledge about what contributes to the success of families in business.

  • Help you evaluate what “best practices” you are already implementing and which you may want to learn how to do.

  • Learn from other women who are in the same situation as you and can give you perspective on how they have handled similar situations.

  • Explore specific tools to help you, your family and your business (e.g., vision statements, family councils, boards of directors, family employment, compensation and distribution policies, shareholder agreements, succession planning, etc.).

  • This year’s program benefits from the latest book Leslie Dashew co-authored with the members of the Aspen Family Business Group, “The Keys to Family Business Success,” and Leslie’s more than 30 years of experience working with families. The program also provides opportunities to informally interact with an intimate community of women in the wonderful setting of Miraval Resort and Spa near Tucson, Arizona. Time is allocated for spa treatments and reflection on the lessons of the program.

    The program will be limited to 30 participants .... so register soon!
