Every year, the Geothermal Energy Association's Trade Show hosts a wide range of
companies from the U.S. and abroad within the geothermal power industry. Last
year in Reno/Sparks, Nevada, over 1000 participants visited a record breaking 71
booths. With dramatic growth underway in geothermal power projects in the US and
internationally, we expect the 2008 trade show in Reno to be our largest event
yet!
The 2008 GEA Geothermal Trade Show will be held at the
Peppermill, Reno’s premiere hotel and casino in Reno,
Nevada. The trade show will be open to visitors October 5-8,
2008.
The Trade Show is sponsored by GEOTHERMAL ENERGY
ASSOCIATION (GEA) - the U.S. geothermal industry trade organization. On Sunday,
the Trade Show's OPENING RECEPTION is a joint event hosted by GEA and GRC in the
Exhibit Hall.
The Geothermal Energy Association (GEA) and the Geothermal
Resources Council (GRC) hold cooperating events. GEA, the trade association of
the geothermal industry, hosts the annual GEA Trade Show. GRC, the geothermal
community's educational group, hosts their Annual Meeting.
