Although it's a tiny
part of the market, green homebuilding has risen 50% since 2004.
According McGraw-Hill Construction market research, the residential green
building market will be worth $12 billion to $20 billion (6-10% of the market)
this year. By 2012, the market is expected to double. But who's to say what a
"green" home means?
