Patti Ellingson, 2012 president of Women in HVACR, will discuss how to recruit women into the heating industry through networking, mentoring and educational scholarships at the HVAC Excellence National HVACR Educators and Trainers Conference, March 18-20 at the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas.

The Department of Labor estimates that 40% of our workforce will retire in the next decade. Women comprise more than 50% of the American population, yet represent only a small fraction of the HVACR industry.
